Reference service
Every Tuesday and Thursday, a refernce librarian will be available to help you using library services on the 1st floor of the Central Library. You can search our online library catalogue locally or remotely on your own.
Reference librarians can help in:
- online catalogue searches;
- finding documents on the shelves;
- making reservations for borrowed documents;
- using the subscribed and open access databases;
- filling in the form of a document request from the stack and
- giving information on the library and its services.
How do I fill in the form of documents request from the stack?
A part of the library collection is stored in closed stack. These documents are indicated by a letter R in the field of Collection in the online catalogue and may be requested by filling the appropriate form at the reference desk.
