In the library there are more information desks.

Librarians help in:

• searching in the online catalogue
• finding documents on the shelves
• making reservation to the borrowed documents
• using the subscribed and free access databases
• filling in the form of document request from the stack and
• give information about the Library and its services.

Filling in the form of documents request from the stack
A part of the library collection is stored in the stack. These documents are signed by a letter R in the field of Collection in the online catalogue and may be asked by filling the request form at the information desk. 

Librarians collect these forms at each 45^th minutes of an hour so the documents are available at about every hour. Books are given on the groundfloor at the lending desk, theses  and periodicals are given on the first floor at the information desk.
